Studio Credits

Studio Credits are prepaid credits used toward eligible resources, support, and services. Studio Credits hold no cash value and are intended solely for use within our ecosystem.

Digital fulfillment

Studio Credits are delivered digitally and are typically applied to the customer's account within minutes of successful payment processing. In rare cases, processing may take up to 1 business day.

Geographic and legal restrictions

Services and Studio Credits are available only where permitted by applicable law. Happy Camp Studios may decline, restrict, or cancel access where required by law, payment processor requirements, or internal policy.

Non-transferability

Studio Credits are non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another person or account.

Usage limitations

• Availability of specific resources may vary based on scheduling and capacity.

Cancellation

Purchases of Studio Credits are generally final. Cancellation of pending services may be subject to advance notice and to applicable scheduling policies.

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality resources and support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific resource and reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at our discretion.

Limitation of liability
