Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Happy Camp Studios' website, Studio Credits, and services. By purchasing or using Studio Credits, you agree to these Terms. Happy Camp Studios is operated by Happy Camp Studios LLC.

Studio Credits

Studio Credits are prepaid units redeemable toward eligible Happy Camp Studios services including brand identity design, photography, studio rentals, fabrication, and branded goods production. 1 Credit = $1.00 USD. Credits hold no cash value outside this ecosystem.

Photography Pricing

Product photography is priced per image and per product and varies based on scope, volume, and complexity. A quote will be provided and agreed upon before any credits are applied to a photography project.

Design & Fabrication Pricing

Brand identity, embroidery, and packaging projects are quoted per project scope. Credits are applied only after a scope and rate have been agreed upon between Happy Camp Studios and the client.

Digital Fulfillment

Credits are delivered digitally and applied to your account within minutes of successful payment. In rare cases processing may take up to 1 business day.

Non-Transferability

Credits are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person or account.

Cancellations

Service cancellations require at least 24 hours advance notice. Credits for cancelled sessions will be returned to your account. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us at support@happycampstudios.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving disputes directly and promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Camp Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
