Unused Studio Credits may be reviewed for refund eligibility. Credits that have already been used or partially consumed are non-refundable.

Requesting a refund

To request a review, email support@happycampstudios.com with your account details and the amount of unused credits.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Exclusions

  • Credits already redeemed or applied to a resource are non-refundable.
  • Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable.
