Refund Policy

Unused Credits

Unused Studio Credits are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method if requested within 90 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@happycampstudios.com with your account details and purchase date.

Used or Partially Used Credits

Credits applied to a completed or in-progress service — including design hours, photography sessions, studio time, or fabrication — are non-refundable.

Photography Projects

Because photography is quoted per image and per product before credits are applied, refunds on photography work follow the agreed-upon quote terms at time of booking.

Design & Fabrication Projects

Credits applied to brand identity, embroidery, or packaging projects after scope confirmation are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Cancelled Sessions

Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will have credits returned to your account in full. Same-day cancellations forfeit the credits allocated to that session.

Promotional Credits

Any bonus or promotional credits issued by Happy Camp Studios are non-refundable and hold no cash value.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
